Our pricing
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $30 for individuals /$60 for families
Monthly membership fee: $50 retainment fee per adult/$ 100 for families
*Children 0-18-year old are free with a paid adult membership. *Take $10 off monthly for each additional membership over 3 family members
*Membership covers access to a provider, prescription refills, and referral management. Labs and immunizations are available as well with an additional fee.
Refund Policy
- Our service fee may be fully refundable. However, the consultation fee is non-refundable once prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy
- You must still pay for your medications at the pharmacy.
